Вышивка пришла хорошо упакована в небольшой клейкий пакет, была доставлена достаточно быстро до Тюменской области. С продавцом не общалась, выслали посылку быстро. По России не отслеживалась - была информация, где находится в Гонконге, и что прибыла на таможню, а затем уже пришло уведомление о прибытии на почту. Имею дело с алмазной вышивкой первый раз, так что не могу сказать, насколько всё супер-пупер, но как мне кажется, то всё хорошо. Всё, что было в комплекте, приложила в виде фото (плюс, продавец положил браслетик - очень мило и приятно). Как только завершу эту вышивку, дополню отзыв.
